V2.5 is the latest and greatest hardware upgrade from Nexcell, the upgraded battery runs the voltage higher at around 0.15v each blade which translate to 2.1v more in total voltage, the boost of total voltage promote more electric power and translate to better MPG, the higher voltage also eliminate the cold cranking problem with V2.0 in freezing environment.

With V2.5 upgrade we will also perform ventilation holes drilling at the bottom of each blade, this increase the cool air flow in hot summer operation and prevent overheating with city only driving, note that the Toyota battery fan will not turn on in slow speed even when the battery is overheated at around 120F degree.
